On April 5th we leave for one week on an outreach trip. We are going to Portland, Victoria which is a coastal port city. About 7 hours away from Melbourne, where I currently am. In Portland were going to be running a kids camp. At this building that is literally a 90 second walk from the ocean. Super pumped for that. And also really excited because when they explain this camp it is shaping up to look a lot like crossroads and grade retreats. In Australia they do things a little differently and the kids have holidays now thats why we can do this, its virtually summer camp – in april.
Also if you know anything about the YWAM's Australia – PNG ship tour, (its the thing Steph did her outreach with) and it is docked in Portland this week so we will be working along side the ship as we do the camp. It looking like a promising week and a great way to kick off outreach! But for now, im getting some sleep because we have a 7 hour drive ahead of us.
