So today. Tribe time was a good one, we went with joel and kaleb to this national park with a beautiful hiking path. but whats even more beautiful is only found off the path. so thats of course where we went. they took us off the path, past the warning sign,
over the fence and upon one of the most incredible things ive ever seen. a fresh water pool, in the rain forest. with a rock slide about 50 meters down the way. we cliff jumped into the pool,
jon being the most reckless, leading the way and jumping the extra high tree, we eventually moved on the the rock slide. colin, our fearless leader lead the way. anddd.... nearly died. having watched that everyone got way to spooked. but after a minute or two matty got nuts enough too. and here he is:
and my feature presentation, after have already gone, i put my waterproof camera to the test. i figured shooting down a rock slide off a mini waterfall into a rock pool surrounded by jagged rocks couldn't be a better place to start. so here it is: enjoy.

that is sooo sketchy lol but looks awesome. it takes a better man than me to do something like that. how high was the fall?

ReplyDeletethe jump was about 12 metres and the waterfall thing was about only a few feet. its just the sketch rocks that were the issue on that part.
